Job Profile
- Handle incoming leads generated from Google, Facebook/Instagram ads, and other sources
- Reach out to potential clients and schedule product demos
- Explain the features and benefits of the Cunnekt platform to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the product team to finalize solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and assistance
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and solutions quickly
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and related technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Will be writing unique and attractive content for different Websites and topics.
- Writing articles, blogs and newsletters for websites.
- Will be Editing and proofreading content for grammar, article structure and tone based on the guidelines provided.
- Researching relevant topics and creating high quality, unique content independently .
- Editing and revising content.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Post Graduate in English Literature or Mass Communication.
- Excellent writing and content editing skills.
- Would prefer someone with knowledge of HTML editing applications.
- Strong English writing skills and basic familiarity with the internet and search engine
- Writing strong, engaging headlines and sub-headlines.
- Writing press release body in inverted pyramid style.
- Communicating with US/UK-based clients via phone and e-mail.
- Should know US and UK Grammatical Language.
- Highly organized and self-motivated to establish and achieve goals.
- Confident when working independently or as part of a team.
